Please follow this picture tutorial. 
To facilitate quick composting, our bags are not waterproof on the outside. Please ensure the outside remains dry when using them. For the inside it is waterproof.
To avoid liquid overflow from the top seal, we recommend that the bag be placed upright at all times after adding kitchen waste.
The packaging box may get damaged during shipping, but if the paper bags inside are intact, there will be no issues with using them.
We only use USPS standard package shipping for our product, and could not provide other expedite shipping methods.

Material
Yes, this is a paper bag with a coating inside to resist water and oil. Our coating is not polyethylene (PE), but a better water-based acrylic. You can recycle it like normal paper if there is no waste inside. The same applies to the shipping package.
According to a CNAS lab test, similar to paper, it will decompose by 49.3% in 45 days under controlled composting conditions. Theoretically, it could expose the kitchen waste inside much earlier than 45 days when the composting process begins, which is also much shorter than the 4-6 months required for the fertilizer process in organic collection.
Our tape is also made of paper and water-based acrylic adhesive, making it environmentally friendly.
Lemon flavoring added to adhesive tape, compliant with RoHS standards, masks kitchen waste odors.

We accept refunds within 30 days and will send you a shipping label. You can use up to 10 bags and still receive a full refund.
